Intern Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic civil engineering interns who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world construction estimation projects. You will work with our experienced team on live projects involving blueprint analysis, material takeoffs, and estimation reporting.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of basic construction materials and methods
- Good skills in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD
- Bonus: Familiarity with quantity estimation software/tools
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with international standards
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Real-world experience in international estimation work
- Hands-on learning with tools used in projects which are used globally
- Guidance from experienced professionals
- Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)

What You’ll Gain
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings
Support in reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and specifications
Learn and work with estimation software/tools (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel)
Support senior engineers in preparing client-ready reports
Maintain documentation and update progress sheets
Attend team meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas
